Easy peasy method:
- Peel the mushroom and remove the stalk (this is my preference, you can leave it as it is if you wish).
- Top with tallegio and place in a tin with halved cherry tomatoes. Season and drizzle olive oil over the whole thing then place in a hot oven.
- Get a frying pan and place on the gas. When hot add olive oil and a little butter. When melted add your gnocchi and fry, shaking occasionally for about 3 minutes or until they are golden.
- Plate up your food and enjoy! I added half a creamy and ripe avocado...yum.

This looks great! I especially like all the different colours, that's how you can tell you're getting lots of different nutrients too. :) I've never actually had gnocchi, but I'd love to try it.
